Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Services
Auronetics provides custom software development services. Because each project involves significant time, effort, and resource allocation from the moment work begins, our refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of these services.
2. Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any development work has started — typically within 48 hours of paying your advance — you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@auronetics.com.
3. After Work Has Begun
Once development work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable as it compensates for time and resources already allocated. If work is partially complete and you choose to cancel, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point at our standard rate. Any amount paid beyond the value of completed work will be refunded.
4. Disputes About Deliverables
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we strongly encourage you to first raise the issue directly with us at hello@auronetics.com. We are committed to making revisions within the agreed scope to resolve quality concerns. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction where deliverables meet the agreed specification.
5. Technical Issues Post-Launch
All projects include a 30-day post-launch support window during which we will fix any bugs caused by our code at no extra charge. Technical issues arising from changes made by the client, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes after handover are not covered under this policy.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction (UPI, bank transfer, or international wire). We do not process refunds in cash.
