Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Auronetics for any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
2. Services
Auronetics provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and AI integration services. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are: 50% advance before work begins; 50% upon project delivery. All prices are quoted in INR unless the client is outside India, in which case USD pricing applies. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced by Auronetics for a client become the intellectual property of that client. Auronetics retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the Project Agreement.
5. Revisions
Each project includes revisions as defined in the Project Agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate of ₹2,500/hr (or USD equivalent for international clients).
6. Timeline
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content, feedback, or approvals) are not the responsibility of Auronetics. Material scope changes may extend the timeline with written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Auronetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before project scoping discussions upon request. Contact hello@auronetics.com to initiate this.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
