Small business teams were duct-taping tools together with manual exports and copy-paste workflows. They lacked the budget for enterprise automation tools like Zapier or Make, and existing open-source alternatives required developer setup.
Our Solution
We built a drag-and-drop workflow canvas on Next.js with a Supabase-powered multi-tenant backend. LangChain powers an AI step that lets users describe automations in plain English — the AI generates the workflow configuration. Each workflow runs on isolated serverless workers with retry logic and execution logs.
The Result
1,240+ active automation workflows created within 6 months of launch. Average workflow setup time: 8 minutes. Customer churn rate: under 4%.
